The Agulhas coast line is known for the most dangerous coast. There are very sharp, dangerous rocks and banks along the coast. These rocks has been the downfall for many ships. The Agulhas Lighthouse is a very important landmark in the shipping industry. The lighthouse is still operating after 173 years in 2021.
